These terms govern your use of this website and any quotation or work provided by Sterling Plumbing & Heating Services Ltd.

Quotes & estimates

Quotes are provided in good faith based on the information available at the time. Where work uncovers additional issues, we will discuss and agree any change before proceeding. Estimates are not fixed-price unless stated.

Workmanship & registration

All gas work is carried out by a Gas Safe Registered engineer in accordance with current regulations. Where a job requires notification or certification, the relevant certificate will be provided.

Payment

Payment terms are agreed before work begins. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due on completion.

Liability

Sterling Plumbing & Heating Services Ltd is fully insured. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
